Specialty Lines

Specialty Lines products include Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers' Liability, Public Offering of Securities Insurance, Employment Practices Liability and Fiduciary Liability.  Covers can be considered for both European and International entities, other than those domiciled in the USA.

Meaningful net capacity is available for those risks that meet our criteria.

Professional Indemnity is considered on both a primary and excess basis.  Our main focus is on:

• Architects, Engineers and Contractors
• Law Firms
• Technology, Media and Telecommunications
• Property Consultancies
• Outsourcing and Facility Managers

In addition, we have the expertise to consider the exposures presented by entities operating outside of the mainstream professional service areas.

We are also prepared to consider non-traditional structures such as Claims Adjustable Policies.

Directors' and Officers' Liability is available on both a primary and excess basis.  In addition to the traditional policy, we also offer a Side A DIC form.  We assess each risk on its merits and are willing to consider most industry sectors.  Our client base is primarily focused on FTSE 500 companies, or their equivalent in other countries, including those with significant US exposures but domiciled outside the US. 

Public Offering of Securities Insurance can be considered on an excess basis both as a stand-alone product and in conjunction with a D&O policy.

Employment Practices Liability and Fiduciary Liability are both available on an excess basis.
