New ProductsMunich-American RiskPartners is dedicated to broadening the scope of existing lines of business, and to bringing innovative new products to the market. In addition, we can also consider alternative programme structures. These new products require extremely careful assessment, and there is a need to gain an in-depth understanding of the clients´ exposures and how they mitigate these risks. As such the lead-in-time to obtain coverage can be longer than in the case of more established conventional coverages or structures. Our New Products team is based in London supported by additional experts in Munich. Working closely with our clients and their brokers, we have a proven track record of finding solutions to the increasingly complex exposures of our clients, which traditional insurance products do not always cater for. The portfolio of products available is under constant review, and as such we are able to respond to the evolving demands of our clients and the market. We can currently offer: Side A D&O CoveragePrimary and excess of loss Side A/DIC products. Warranty & IndemnityAvailable on an excess of loss basis. Product RecallAvailable on an excess of loss basis. Integrated ProgrammesWe are able to consider multi-line, multi-year structures, and understand the unique features of such programmes. Traditional lines of business, as well as new coverages can be blended in these structures. Claims Adjustable PoliciesThese structures provide an aggregate limit over a longer term. A deposit premium is paid each year, and the premium is adjustable (either up or down) at expiry based on incurred claims.
